A reservation request holds a ONE OF ONE style for review for 72 hours. No payment is collected at this stage. Adele reviews availability, fit and fulfillment before approval.

Delivery & shipping
The planned date is shown exactly 32 days from the request. Shipping and tracking details are provided after approval. Service is available throughout all 50 U.S. states.
Fittings & appointments
An appointment request is not a final confirmation. Adele confirms the day and time separately. All times are shown in Eastern Time (ET).
Sizing & alterations
Size and fit are reviewed before the order is finalized. Any alteration or custom work is described and approved in writing before work begins.
Cancellations & returns
The applicable cancellation or return conditions are shown in writing before payment, based on the item status and any approved alteration work. An order is not final until those conditions are accepted.
Privacy
Account, address and appointment details are used to review requests, fulfill orders and provide customer care. Adele does not sell personal information. Access, correction or deletion may be requested by email.
